We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The product is unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Custom-made or made-to-order furniture may have different return conditions and will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
Normal wear and tear after delivery.
Minor color or texture variations (natural variations in fabric, leather, wood, or finish).
Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers (unless damaged or defective).
Customised or made-to-order sofas, unless damaged during delivery.
To initiate a return request:
Email us at info@sofaswala.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your order ID, images/videos clearly showing the issue, and a brief explanation.
Our team will review the request and contact you within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide return instructions.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping or installation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product delivery.
In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability.
Replacement products will be dispatched after the returned item is collected and verified.
Replacement delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and location.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed, manufactured, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Any visible damage to packaging must be reported at the time of delivery.
